Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.

More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there may be occasional delays caused by severe weather, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information. Don’t hesitate to contact us if this happens.
If you’d like to request express shipping, please contact our Modify or Cancel Order Center.
For modification orders, production time may be extended by 1–2 days.
For deliveries to P.O. boxes, please ensure your address includes a full 4- or 5-digit ZIP code.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is ready for dispatch.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause shipping delays or return-to-sender issues. Customs clearance can also result in additional delays.
Be sure to provide your full and accurate address. Packages returned to us due to incomplete addresses cannot be re-shipped without additional postage fees.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The R Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@thercrafts.com for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

⚠️⚠️Thanks so much for all the love on this set! Because of the high demand, I’ve added a little extra time to the shipping window just to be safe, but I’m printing day and night to keep up and making sure each order is perfect before it ships.
